Questions worth asking.
How value, risk and capital actually behave.

Indicative learning concepts, currently being developed.
These concepts describe what each experience is intended to teach and the shape it is likely to take. Dates, venues, contributors and activities are not yet confirmed. You are welcome to express interest in any of them — a short conversation then helps establish whether it would be a good fit.

Bespoke Learning Experience
A tailored finance or business-learning experience developed around the objectives of an organisation, professional group or selected participants.
Finance beyond slides and textbooks.
Learning becomes more relevant when financial and strategic concepts are connected with real operating environments, professional dialogue and peer exchange.

The questions a session is built around.
- 01
How value is actually created
Pricing, margins, cost structure and working capital — traced through a real operation rather than a case study, so the numbers attach to something you can see.
- 02
How capital and risk behave
Funding, liquidity, governance and succession: the financial questions owners and executives face, and the trade-offs that decide them.
- 03
How Swiss business operates
How decisions get made, how relationships are built, and what the operating culture expects of someone arriving from outside it.
- 04
Where theory meets practice
Academic frameworks are useful and incomplete. Sessions put them next to practitioner judgement and a real organisation, and look at where each one holds.
Chosen for the question.
